Thank you for sharing your insights on workshops. For me, whether in a class or a workshop setting, both the critiques of my work and listening to the critiques of the other students work were more valuable than just learning new techniques. Over the years, I've also participated in a local Plein Air group where at the end of each weekly outing we would gather for a group critique. The group ranged from beginners to art teachers and I learned so much from them!
